Our Buyer Specialist, Kristina Acosta, is hyper-focused on helping our resale buyer clients find and purchase their perfect Seattle home. If you haven’t had a chance to meet her in person, we’d be happy to make an introduction (because you really ought to get to know her!) but in the meantime, here are some fun facts:
At which store would you like to max-out your credit card? I can’t pick just 1, so it would be Nordstrom, Anthropologie & Lululemon
What was your favorite TV show when growing up? What I Like About You with Amanda Bynes
Can you play any instruments? Nope. I used to play the piano but stopped when it came time for performances due to stage fright!
What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time? I wouldn’t say it’s nerdy, but I get an immense amount of satisfaction out of cleaning/organizing every nook and cranny of my home.
How do you like your steak cooked? Medium – pink throughout 🙂
What is one thing you love most about working in real estate? I love working with people and I love that each day is different. There’s nothing better than finding the “dream house” for your clients, constructing an unparalleled offer, and coming out on top with the winning bid and getting to make the “you got the house!” call!
What is your favorite cereal? I’m not a big cereal person, but I’m all about the sausage egg cheese and potato breakfast burritos from the PCC on Aurora in Greenlake!
What was your childhood nickname? Little Bear, in fact my parents still call me that and it’s weird when they call me Kristina.
Which way does your toilet paper hang – over or under? Over!
What aspect of your personality adds the most value to your role as a buyer specialist? I mentioned before that I love organizing, and I think that being organized is a huge part of the job. When you’re seeing 13 different homes with 2 sets of buyers on a Saturday, it’s essential to have all your ducks in a row and keep track of what each client thinks about each house.
What do you like to do for fun? I love to shop, get outside with my pups and husband, and workout.
What’s your favorite Seattle restaurant for a casual night out? Right now it’s Pablo Y Pablo in Fremont/Wallingford
Who headlined the last concert you attended? Taylor Swift hahaha… it’s been a while since I’ve been to a concert!
