As Acquisitions Manager, Dan focuses his time assisting buyers locate and secure the right property. His acute knowledge of the in-city market, combined with his experience with land use and construction practices contribute significant value to his client’s financial decisions, while his meticulous attention to detail assures their interests are protected throughout the purchase process.
Whether seeking a place to call home or an investment opportunity, Dan works tirelessly to help his clients achieve their goals.
Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from the University of Washington. He and his wife live in the Maple Leaf neighborhood.
As Listing Manager, Larry works closely with each seller to develop an action plan distinctly focused on maximizing value. He carefully analyzes each property, recommends cost-effective improvements, and assembles a vetted team of specialists, from handymen to designers to assist in executing an effective sales and marketing strategy.
Larry’s goal is to present your home at its best, to the largest pool of buyers – ultimately helping you maximize your return. Larry is a clear and concise communicator and experienced negotiator.
He has deep rooted ties to the Seattle community and resides in the Arboretum neighborhood with his wife and their two kids.
Cassandra brings over 9 years of high tech and event marketing experience to the Wilcynski Partners team. Since becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2010, she’s worked closely with some of Seattle’s top producing real estate agents as a licensed assistant and marketing consultant – developing strategic property marketing plans and agent branding – before joining Wilcynski Partners full time. Her knowledge and expertise brings a unique advantage to our sellers, ensuring that our listings are presented in the best light and receive the greatest market exposure.
Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Boise State University.
