Once again, the Puget Sound housing market is setting new records, according to this article from The Seattle Times. In February, the median price of single-family homes in the city jumped to a new all time high of $777,000 – up $20,000 from January’s record setting prices. In fact, every county in the Puget Sound region saw home prices increase by at least 15%!

And while we still saw a drop in overall inventory in King County year over year, the good news is that the decrease was the smallest our area has seen in years.
